Carrie Roeger represents a new generation of home builders, beginning her career in a start-up builder organization focused on active adult and aging in place home building.  She gained experience in a variety of corporate positions, including Purchasing, Marketing, Vendor Relations, and ultimately the Chief Operations Officer throughout her 15-year tenure with the company.  Today, Carrie has a new a team of professionals that understand the unique ways to build for adaptive needs. 

A native of Wisconsin, Carrie spent five years on active duty with the United States Marine Corps. Upon completion of her service, she attended the University of North Carolina-Wilmington, where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Finance. Carrie holds an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.  Carrie serves her industry as an Area Trustee of NAHB Professional Women In Building and a member of the National Association of Homebuilders 55+ Housing Council.  Carrie has been appointed to the NAHB 55+ Housing Council Board of Trustees and is currently the First-Vice-Chair of the organization.
